I’m a retired U.S. Army veteran with 23 years of service, a former licensed Real Estate Professional, and a university professor of Business and Management. Holding a Doctorate in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership, I bring expertise in leadership, efficiency, and client-focused operations.

As a former licensed Real Estate Professional with experience in both residential and commercial properties, I understand the importance of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in transactions. My additional experience as a listing and transaction coordinator further sharpened my ability to ensure the smooth flow of business operations and client satisfaction.

At the heart of my work is our family-owned business, which operates with a philosophy of treating business partners like family. As the Chief Operating Officer, I strive to maintain spiritual, physical, and emotional balance in every aspect of my life, ensuring that my work reflects both professionalism and genuine care.

Outside of business, I am passionate about travel and cultural exploration, finding inspiration in my experiences, both within the U.S. and abroad. For relaxation, I find peace and tranquility in taking care of my garden; in particular, I enjoy cultivating plants that attract monarch and zebra longwing butterflies, and hummingbirds—a reflection of my spiritual connection to the Creator of all things, and an appreciation for beauty, growth, and renewal.
